How to Use:
No mixing required. Wash hair with your favorite John Frieda Shampoo. Then, use a walnut-sized amount of the Salon Blonde Toner. That’s a perfect amount for shoulder length, but adjust for your individual length and volume. Work the blonde toner into your wet hair and leave in for 2-5 minutes. Effect varies by leave-in time and hair structure. Use as needed – ideally after every 2-3 washes, alternating with your regular John Frieda Conditioner.
