HOW TO USE:
Massage onto dry face for 30-60 seconds until makeup loosens. Add a bit of water to emulsify into a milky texture. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Follow with water-based cleanser if desired.
HAZARDS & CAUTIONS:
External use only. Avoid eyes—this is not an eye makeup remover despite being oil-based. Not recommended for extremely oily skin prone to acne unless followed by thorough second cleanse.
